Note:The direct service to update mobile numbers via SSUP is currently not available (Discontinued by UIDAI).

Click on “Service Request” and select “Non-IPPB Customers” (if you don’t have an account) > “Doorstep Banking”
Enter your personal details like email address, name, address, and mobile number.
From the dropdown menu of “Service” select “Aadhaar Mobile/Update”.

Technical Error: Sometimes, the server fails to overwrite the old data due to connectivity issues at the center during the upload.
Solution: If rejected, you must re-visit the center and re-enroll. There is no option to “resume” a rejected application.
